Our Story

Our farm started in 2006  in Sinai a few kilometers from the Suez Canal with a genuine intention of developing Sinai, creating jobs, and harvesting high-quality olives to produce high-quality olive products. We have so many olive varieties some are specifically for olive oil production and some are just for pickling and such combination was determined to have a firm place in the olive production circle.

 For years we have been selling our farm’s produce to merchants and wholesalers who would pay us the bare minimum. But this year (2022) we decided to do it ourselves and we started the whole process of harvesting, collecting, sorting, and selling our precious olives and in the process we learned a lot.

 Everything in Sinai is difficult, specially with the current security situation but we are doing everything we can to provide the best quality olives and olive oils to the market.
