Refund and Returns Policy

Replacement and return within the 14-day period from the date of receiving the item

As an exception to this, the consumer may not exercise the right of exchange or return in the following cases:

1. If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the way it is packaged or wrapped, prevents its replacement or return, or if it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in when contracting.
2. If perishable consumer goods.
3. If the commodity is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale for a reason attributed to the consumer.
4. If it is a commodity that is manufactured based on special specifications set by the consumer, and the commodity conforms to these specifications.
5. Books, newspapers, magazines, information programs and the like.
6. If the commodity is considered to be jewelry and the like.
7. Lingerie and wedding dresses, if their covers have been removed.
